- Basement construction involving complex temporary works and dewatering, extensive groundworks including secant piling, and constructing a fully waterproofed (Caltite) concrete structure.
- Extensive deconstruction of part of building and careful removal of debris.
- Discharging Third Party requirements such as Breeam, Building Control, Planning, Party Wall awards and Statutory Authorities.
- New Mechanical & Electrical Installation and adaptions of existing installation to retained buildings.
- Installation of two lifts.

- Fully designed Curtain Walling Systems & Cor-Ten Cladding.
